I purchased a brand new sealed in the box pixel 4 from these guys, it had a defective screen so I purchased a second brand new from them which wasn't very brand new, it was missing its pull tabs at the back and the plastic wrap was applied not properly, clearly not a brand new device. The first device was refunded but the second one is being ignored despite me contacting the seller several times. Won't be paying a refurbished device for the price of a brand new one.
