Blouses did not match description. Free shipping was extortion based on whether I left positive feedback or not. Add only said free shipping with no conditions. I wanted a full refund because blouses were not as described. Seller only offered 20% or full refund if I sent blouses back but of course I had to pay for shipping when bought AND returned.
