Did not receive the item pictured in the add, not new in package. The plastic was taped closed and had chunks cut out of it, so obviously not "brand-new, unused, unopened" yet posted as such. Meter seems to function and looks to be in good shape, so I'll roll the dice as I needed it for work. Shame that you never get to see real feedback in instances like this because you don't get to leave feedback when you do a return.

We sold so many Flukes. All of them are perfect with positive feedbacks. I just dont understand what makes you happy to write a negative feedback or Lie about it???
