Ich hatte schon öfters bei diesem Anbieter bestellt. Jedes mal war irgendetwas verkehrt.Diesmal bekam ich Glänzendweiß anstatt des bestellten MATTWEIß. Ich hatte den Verkäufer bei der Bestellung darauf aufmerksam gemacht, daß er die falsche Bestellnummer angibt. Trotzdem erhielt ich die falsche Farbe. Wir hatten wenig unergibigen Mailaustausch und ich erhielt 2,96 € anstatt 3,06 € zurück überwiesen. Auf eine mögliche Ersatzlieferung warte ich vergebens - NIE WIDER NIX ALS ÄRGER !!!

Item eventually arrived after being stuck at departure point for 3 weeks. Delivery company claimed they couldn’t track it at the departure point to arrival point. Comms from seller are really poor, asked him to contact delivery company to start investigation for lost item and never heard back from him.
Item turned up eventually. After 4 weeks in total.
Item is food though, well packaged etc.
Just the comms and terrible delivery company
