    Cross rails arrived damaged due to no protection in the packaging. There were no instructions provided - I had to request these and this wsa sent as a video - which shows how its installed but not in much detail. I have opened a Return item with the seller. The Seller has responded to all my queries and is trying to assist. They have promised to send out new end caps for the cross-rails. I have a side-rail installer arrving on Monday 16th to install the rails.
