der gelieferte Stein hatte überhaupt keinerlei Übereinstimmung mit dem Foto, nachdem ich den Stein bestellt hatte u. haben wollte. Nach Reklamation beim Lieferanten wurde mir zuerst mitgeteilt, dass ich 13,50 € erstattet bekommen sollte u. ihn behalten dürfe. Das wollte ich aber auf keinen Fall , wollte ihn also retournieren u. den Betrag erstattet bekommen. Dann bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass ich nicht zurückschicken solle u. den bez. Betrag auf mein Kto....150 überwiesen würde.
