Excellent seller. Quick delivery. Well packaged. I didn’t need to contact them, so I don't know what their customer service is like. Not a genuine Cramer grouting tool, but good quality and much better price. Convenient box to store them in, but it is a little difficult to shut securely. I've not used it yet, so I can't say how it performs, but I hope that it will improve the quality of my silicone seals. It has all the necessary components for different size gaps and profiles.
