    The items sent were not exactly the ones shown, and worse still, they didn't fit into the appropriate tool holder. After a lot of haggling and messages to and froe, I finally have been refunded 87% of the purchase price. So, I recon we're even. And I suppose that's neutral. Yes, I'd be prepared to buy from them again, knowing that I won't lose if things go wrong.
