This product was in box that was opened for some reason. The seller did not provide information on why the box was opened. When you buy from BestBuy and a box is open, it's generally a returned item. The first thing that should be listed under the item should not be "NEW', in this case, but it's an "Open Box". Listing New is misleading. This is an important fact and should not be listed in the fine print as seller mentioned here. Is should be clear that this item is not NEW.
