Beats driving to Cincinnati for my fix.
Having lived in Cincinnati for 10 years, I was a fan of Skyline Chilli. For years it has been available as a frozen product in a local store, but recently it has disappeared. This doesn't say "Skyline" on it, but the packaging looks similar, so I gave it a try. Following the instructions, it makes 2 quarts of chilli that to my palate is as good as the original. I suppose the brand of ingredients used could alter the taste somewhat, but I'm happy with the results. Because it makes 2 quarts, you better have a big party lined up, or have freezer containers ready.Having lived in Cincinnati for 10 years, I was a fan of Skyline Chilli. Skyline Chili in a Spice Pack
Pretty close to the Cincinnati chili you get at Skyline. Very easy, just add tomato paste, beef, and water and simmer. I have a scratch recipe with a ton of spices but this is much easier and tastes like the original.

Fabuluous Chili
I have introduced Cincinnati chili to Massachusetts. I love it and my grandchildren love it. People in MA have never heard if it. My grandchildren make my cook it at least once a week for the last 4-5 years. When they tell friends parents that that is what they love most, the parents always cook tex-mex chili.

Then one of our daughters saw Cincinnati Recipe and bought some. We love it. It isn't Skyline, but is so close it has become our new favorite especially because it is far more easily ordered and prepared than anything else.
