The item that was listed was incorrect. I received a similar but different product than what was listed. I contacted seller who did not actually have the product listed so they offered a small discount by refund on the purchase price or for a return. (Since I did not want to pay for shipping, I accepted a small refund). Seller hasn't provided refund yet after more than a month and numerous reminders. I'm done with sending reminders.
