There is a Problem with the control module as there is insufficient clearance and it jams the wiring to the fan against the edge of the steel support tube.. Potential electrical fault and fire hazard. I machined a groove to allow the cable freedom after increasing the insulation. I don't believe this meets AS3000 standards.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
