The seller failed to provide me with tracking and consequently I was unable to trace it . The item was returned as it was no longer needed due to being late.

Although poorly packed with no padding, the box wasn't damaged so it must have been like this when sent. Images attached, very poor. SLOW delivery- Item was ordered May 21st and isn't listed as dropped off on tracking until May 29th, arriving June 6th more than 2 weeks later. Seller used Sendle not AusPost. Overall terrible experience, damaged item, slow service. Do not recommend. Would you accept the new pair free of charge with correction of the negative reivew? By the way, I have packaged it myself and it was not damaged.
