The item that arrived did not match what was pictured or the model advertised and the seller alluded that I ordered the wrong product even with a clear model discription on their listing. The seller specifically asked for me to return the item at my cost before a refund could be issued, not even supplying the return postage labels. Poor service and lack of an easy resolution on the sellers behalf. EBay stepped in to refund me after I opened a case
