I bought a Fitbit versa special edition. However, it would not sync Fitbit with my phone. We contacted Fitbit customer service who escalated the case. They found that this Fitbit versa had been obtained FRAUDULENTLY. Therefore it would never sync with a phone and a return warranty had already been issued ( before I bought it)I contacted the company x2 but never received a reply. So I am £79.99 down. eBay rejected the case as it’s over the 30 days! Irrelevant! Not fit for purpose BEFORE SOLD!

THE PRODUCT IS BRAN NEW IT LOOKS LIKE A BIT OF PACKAGING TAPE HAS STUCK TO THE CORNER OF THE BOX DURING THE PACKING STAGE IF IT WAS RESEALED SURELY THE TAPE WOULD OF BEEN STRAIGHT OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX NOT JUST ON THE CORNER WE WILL NOT GIVE PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR REMOVAL OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SORRY

    Very good but let down by battery life.

    Overall, it's a great and very useful light, super powerful and lots of ways to position it in various situations. It's great for many uses, but it's limitation is battery life, even with only one light on, you have a couple of hours at best, so as a work light for quick jobs, it's great, but for lighting somewhere all day, plan to recharge it several times.

    Excellent Work Lamp Bright Flexiable lighting with magnetic feet and built in powerbank

    Superb bright flexible light we are landscapers and we have 5 of these lights are used to help on these dark winter nights when we loose light usually when trying to finish off a job & pack up Saves time as we can get the job finished and saves us coming back to finish off which saves messing my new appointment for next day.. The magnetic lights are bi directional (adjustable) and we can mount them on the side of the van & trailer giving height to lighting. They give a lot of light for their size, dont have a massive run time on full power but we not using them permanently (like working in an attic). The power bank is an option to enable to charge a flat phone and the built in warning lamp could be handy if we broke down. We also like the way you can light up the floor and have a lamp ...

    Solid piece of kit which flexible lighting opotions.

    It's well made and it can light up a large room with it. But you have the option of using less light if you want ,it's also got magnetic legs. And it folds down quite compact for a powerful light.

    Great work light

    Great little, versatile work light. Battery seems to last well, having separate buttons for brightness control is a good feature also the red light function is good, might not use it very often but it's there if I do need it.
