Convection cookbook for regular ovens not for countertop ovens.
The book had ok recipes and provided information for convection ovens. There are not too many books specifically for turbo convection ovens is what I have so I needed something for guidance.

The Convection Oven Bible by Linda Stephen
I have two other convection oven cookbooks, and do not think they are worth the paper they are printed on. Pages 7-22 of The Convection Oven Bible provide clear, useful, easy to understand basic information about convection cooking. Large clear print and appetizing color photos are a bonus in this cookbook.

Some technical help - underwhelming recipes - nor worth purchase price.
Having purchased a powerful convection oven with both convection roast and convection bake I checked up on reviews for a comprehensive 'how to' convection cookbook. On Amazon I read a review that chided the book for being too advanced - taking heart I slected it. Oh boy, church supper special. Absolutely uninspiring but it does give me some convection 'lore' so it's not a total washout. I was hoping to find a groundbreaking tome like unto Barbara Kafka's incredible barrier breaking microwave cookbook.
