Die Kommunikation war freundlich und der Rückgabeprozess unkompliziert, der Kaufpreis wurde zügig erstattet. Leider entsprach der Artikel nicht der Beschreibung, da m.M. nach der Artikel nicht neu war. Der Duft hatte sich bereits verändert und war im Prozess umzukippen. Es war kein Deckel und keine Verpackung vorhanden (auf dem Foto sichtbar). Auffällig ist, dass mehrere Artikel des Verkäufers keine Deckel haben und als"neu" deklariert werden. Schade.
