The seller sent me a ‘new’ driver with a damaged shaft. I opened a case for a return. Seller stated they would send me a new shaft or give me 15$. I agreed to the replacement shaft granted the shaft was free of issues. Seller asked me to close the case as they are charged by ebay in some cases. I closed it trusting the sellers word. The replacement shaft is damaged even though seller claimed they personally checked it before shipping. See attached pictures. Buyer beware.

This product was Brand NEW!!! Buyer even acknowledges shaft "Has NO ISSUES". He declined to return for refund, I even sent him 2 shafts and this "Karen" was still crying victim unless he keeps club and is compensated. WE DO NOT negotiate price AFTER the Sale or give partial Refunds for "KARENS". This is Feedback extortion and evidence of a deeper issue in this persons life.
