3. Received it on 31 May, but it's not recognised by Western Digital Dashboard.
4. I started a return, eBay automatically showed I sent the item on the same day. But I haven't.
5. The status updated shows item can not be delivered.
6. Tried to re-start the return, but no return option.

This order was cancelled immediately after purchacing as it was purchased in error. The seller refused to cancel the order and claimed they couldn't. Despite the dispatch time being days later. The package clearly stated "For Return Only". I made contact with the seller multiple times and they just replied with the same generic response. The actual product is also very poor quality and so is useless from a safety standpoint.
