Purchase two cameras, one had broken screen. After contacting seller. They said they send a replacement. After two week I ask for tracking number. Seller said they didn't have number, but would hurry the postal service up. Another two weeks pass. I contacted them again. Asking how they send parcel with no tracking number. They stayed parcel must have got lost and offered me a few dollars. I open claim and got refund for one camera
