Seller’s packing was completely insufficient, and a rare item was damaged as a result. Seller made no offers to remediate the issue. Extremely unhappy. Description offered free shipping, was charged $150. Seller did not offer to refund shipping given the extent of the damage.

This is completely false saying we did not offer anything. I apoligized that this happened and asked the buyer how he would like to move forward with this and if he would like me to reach out to UPS or want a partial refund. I was told he will make this easy on me and not deal with UPS. Also the package was not damaged in any way and I never received pictures of the box just the product. I offered help and they refused and then posted this false feedback
