Got an item that was damaged because if insufficient packing material. Item was heavy and free to move around in the box, and not surprisingly was damaged, and impact damage. It's a model train transformer and the connecting "poles" for the wire from the track took a direct hit and were both bent and one broken on the inside of the transformer. I contacted the seller and he basically said "file a claim" with eBay. SO I will both file a claim and give feedback as well as u see here
