I ordered a magazine, and it was in brand-new condition, wrapped in plastic, then packed in a separate cardboard envelope, padded on 2 sides with stiff cardboard, then into a USPS priority mailer, so obviously very well protected. USPS managed to screw up the shipment, sending it back and forth between Seattle and Portland 5 times before it reached me. I let the seller know, and they generously offered to send another one if this one didn't arrive. Very professional seller, highly recommend
