So item arrived hours ago in terrible condition not reconditioned as described upon contacting the seller they said return the item then said it looks like a dog chewed on it they even know how the damage had happened and claimed that they do not have a dog well neither do I originally thought the item had been stepped on like we all would think but the sender choose to tell me it had been chewed by a dog it’s a bit frustrating will have to wait till the 19th for eBay to step Del Boy seller!!!
