Granted it was new and boxed, but not what I was expecting. I could have gone to my own local Harbor Freight store and gotten the same probably for less together with a receipt and an expectation of customer service. The seller says Nebraska but the unit shipped from California. Overall I am disappointed in the sale transaction. The unit is probably fine but I won't know until I assemble it.

I received the package verified by tracking number 2 or more days earlier than the expected date listed on my receipt.
