    Quality product provides protection.

    Product well packaged with clear instructions on installation and use, not possible to test effectiveness. Would benefit by having some/all outlets with individual switches so can isolate connections without switching off whole board. Current design provides for horizontal wall mount, vertical wall mount would be useful.

    This power board starts making kicking noises after a few months (I purchased it in April). It is potentially a fire risk. Unable to get support from Belkin.

    Best available For AVO

    I wanted to buy the best 8 port power board available for my studio. Unfortunately no power boards appear to be manufactured specifically with pro audio in mind. The Belkin 4000 is a consumer AV board and excels in that capacity.
