Felix_d71 provided some of, if not THE BEST, customer service that I have ever received from an eBay seller. Every step of the way, from his PROMPT response to my initial inquiry, to the rapid delivery of the meticulously wrapped items, was handled with such courtesy and attention to detail that I can't help but to effuse over his outstanding and professional customer service. I appreciate all of the many efforts he made and I highly recommend this fantastic seller. He has definitely earned it!
