I'm slowly collecting pieces to add to a vintage Royal Worcester set that my mother gave me, and this serving platter is beautiful. Unfortunately one of these glasses came shattered because of how they were packaged before shipping. However, the overall experience was very well handled. I contacted the seller and was promptly refunded in full, which is far beyond what I had asked for/expected. I was upset to get glass shards in the mail, but in the end this seller made me whole and then some. I would definitely trust them to buy from again due to that.
