Over 2 hours later than the window they provided. From the photo provided I tracked it down (2 days later) to a house 5 down from mine. It was long gone. I have to give a positive review because when I marked it as not delivered (out of business hours) they replied the following morning apologising and issued a refund without hesitation. Customer service is spot on.
