One of the 2 bottles arrived with an unscrewed lid and all the contents missing. I have contacted the seller, and they have ignored messages to rectify the situation. All I want is a refund for the cost of the bottle that arrived empty. If the seller and replied to my messages and offered me either a replacement or a refund then I would have not left negative feedback. Ignoring messages and not attempting to rectify the situation is not a good thing especially as I paid straight away.

I contacted you numerous times. The first being when I received the item, the following day, and on the Monday. And you have NOT reached out to me at all via messages to rectify the situation at all. If you had responded to my messages and rectified the situation I would not have left negative feedback at all. It’s not something that I do lightly.
