Item came well packaged and as shown in listing. One of the pets had the top of her ear chipped off which I would have appreciated the seller drawing more attention to but, as I said it was visible in the listing. They were also a bit dirty when they arrived; I would have cleaned them anyways but for the price I feel the pets were a bit too dirty. Overall it was a fine experience.
