DIsney pin was described as new and arrived well packaged, but obviously not a new pin as it had many scuffs and scratches - perhaps it had been traded?? arrived very timely though; not a horrible experience by any means, but I'm not sure I'd use this seller again due to item condition and high shipping costs? would probably try another seller if there was another option

The pin was purchased brand new off the rack at WDW 3 months ago - thousands of people handle them daily in the store. It was in the original backing with price tag still attached as well. USPS sets the shipping cost based on the size/weight of the package, not the seller. Buyer also requested delayed shipping, and for item to arrive around specific date, which seller accommodated.
