For starters, the dress was sent despite my request to cancel. When I contacted the seller she didn’t seem to care about the mishap so I contacted eBay to open a case. I wasn’t even going to open the package and get over the whole thing, but when I did I found multiple yellow stains all over the item. So on top of the bad communication, the item’s condition was not properly described either. It’s a first for me to have had multiple things go wrong with one order.
