The watch was well packaged and delivered within a week. The seller responded pretty rapidly with shipping and tracking number. Once the watch was received, for the most part it was pretty well described by the seller with the exception of one thing. I contacted seller with my concerns and they were very understanding. I cannot say enough positives about this seller. The purse was in PERFECT condition and just as described.
