    Product placement at its best.

    There's nothing new to this movie if you have seen even a few episodes of the TV series. You see a lot of pretty dresses, lots of pretty shoes, lots of pretty but clearly ageing women, & lots of hunky men. The plot is so predictable that you can actually play a game of who can predict the next scene most accurately. If you are looking for a movie to show with the girls, this would be the right one. However, having your boyfriend watch this movie with you....at your own risk. By the end of it, he'll either be dead, or brain damaged, or dump you, or discover that he's gay. Watch it if you have nothing better to do & forget it the moment you turn off the dvd palyer.

    Both Sex and the City movies are great. Perfect ending after 6 TV seasons.

    Sex and the City Movie I (SATC) is a great movie. It's a perfect ending to the show's six TV seasons. The first movie generously allows us to indulge our "dirty little seasons" again with our favorite four TV girlfriends while watching their growth (and ours) along the way. The SATC TV series left us wondering "Did Carrie and Big get married? and "Did Charlotte have her fairy tale husband and family? "What's it like to be sexy and alive in your 40's? Well, this movie answers those questions. Spoiler: Movie #2 is also awesome. I'm so glad the movies were made; they help us SATC fans find the closure we needed after the TV series ended. Enjoy!

    Hot Stuff!

    Just got a Blu-Ray player, so this was only my second purchasee in this format. I loved the HBO series, so I loved the movie version. Friends who watched it with me didn't know the series but they enjoyed it too. The fashions are great, sex even more graphic than the TV version, characters just the same, all having their various problems. Don't let the kids see this one!!
