It has a huge streak on Miss Kitty’s face. I contacted the seller and they said that is the way the shirt is made.
It really looks like it is defective and can’t be given at a gift.
I normally do not complain but I’m really disappointed in the response from the seller.

No they did not. Their “size chart” said XL shirt was 24” wide. Their XL labeled shirt was 19” the seller was very prompt with a refund.
