First of all they advertised a product they do not have & sent me ridiculous huge long stretchy straws. Ignored me so eBay were involved & they replied, 1st offered 13% discount to keep, then 28% I said again I will accept the straw’s advertised or full refund. I have an old school glass straw keeper they wouldn’t fit. Long process, finally on last day got refund! Fraudulently advertising products they did not have!
