Very disappointed. Item said that it was sent but was never sent as they were out of stock. Had to keep asking when they were going to send as it was for a Christmas present. The only positive is they offered a refund but it was the week before Christmas so not enough time to get another. Glad for refund but not happy about them never sending even though it said they had sent.
