I was under the impression I was purchasing the complete setup for an electric metal winch, except there is NO winch in the packaging, only the wiring to do the set up. The seller did not respond to any messages until they were contacted by PayPal regarding a refund since they didn't offer returns. At that time I was told I ordered wrong and they corrected the listing. Had I known what I know now, I'd shop elsewhere
