Not sure what was going on here. Seller stated "We were about to ship your product, but we found it to be damaged." When I questioned why the item was still being advertised with more than 10 available, I was told "When we re-send item to you, we failed to submit this order, courier said they couldn't send parcel to this address." I get deliveries on almost a daily basis so this seems very odd to me. However, the refund was given promptly and seller was apologetic and polite.
