The seller clearly stated that "Returns not accepted". When I received the item unfortunately, it was not compatible with my existing Sonos system. I contacted the seller and he generously agreed to accept the return, refunded the purchase amount and shipping. Customer service over and beyond. The item its self was in excellent condition.
