Item was described as new with tags. The only tag the sweater has was a button bag containing yarn for repairs. It wreaked of smoke on the cuffs and collar. Seller told me that they didn't smoke and acted like I was making up the issue. Seller refused to cover return shipping or even a partial refund to cover the dry cleaning cost. This sweater wasn't cheap. I went with this seller because they claimed that it was new with tags. I won't buy from them again. Awful seller.
