This pendant was considerably brighter both the stone+the silver when displayed for sale+would appear to have been taken with a flash. The colour in natural light was brownish rather than blue like sale images displayed. Seller agreed to refund upon return+Item was packaged and send via A/Post on 6Jan and photos showing packaging and posting were provided. All contact with the Seller after this time were not answered and refund did not eventuate. Claim with PP has not concluded after 8wks.

Having checked my post office box on numerous occasions I asked the buyer for a tracking no. No tracking no was received. I am a 70 year old pensioner - I do not know how to enhance a photo, nor would if I did. My feedback speaks for itself. I received a refund from Ebay in relation to this sale and this speaks for itself. Seller beware.
