I was worried ordering a phone from overseas but the seller was really helpful from the beginning. Their response time was great and they were really reassuring. It took 4 weeks to arrive to Manchester. It came in perfect condition, it was wrapped very well. The phone is as described and just the same as the UK spec but much cheaper. The tracking in China was very good but Royal Mail was a disaster - not the seller's fault at all. I've been recommending this store to friends, they're brilliant.

He even contacted me when royal mail had an issue delivering (lazy postman marking the package undelivered due to an access issue to get out of delivering it before he clocked out).
