The item was new and as described. Postage was free and the time was not too excessive. Customer communication was excellent. Unfortunately 7.5 cm is too short for most plates and the stands themselves are quite flimsy. I let the seller know and they were most understanding and tried their best to help. Quite simply I just bought the wrong product. Overall I have to rate it as a positive experience. The stands are only able to support a small pin dish of 10-12 cm approx.
