Halligan tool is otherwise brand new as described. An absolutely insane value! Basically half the price of other websites. Shipping was good however usps screwed the pooch (no surprise) so give it time to arrive. Otherwise very happy 10/10 would buy from again A++++

The muffler was new as listed in an unopened box. The value was great at $36 off of the magnaflow website price, so overall no complaints, just facts, and I would buy from them again. Thanks, I appreciate it.
