Sweater arrived destroyed by USPS. Seller chose to pack in a soft envelope with no additional protection. Soft envelope was ripped open and the sweater obviously run through a sorting machine.
Contacted seller with pictures (as below) - basically said I (who neither packed this or selected the carrier) could make a claim (I do not have original receipt as required). Simply wasn't well handled. I don't know what the original condition was but it certainly arrived in condition not as described.
