Good Movie
When I first considered this movie years ago, I did not expect much. The genre had already been beat to death. I was pleasantly surprised. The acting is solid, the sets amazing, and the soundtrack impressive. I think this movie is library worthy. The genre has been overdone though which is why I cannot give 5 stars.

Push got a lot of bad reviews but if you like sci-fi and shows like Heroes and X-men then you should at least find this movie entraining. Its not as good as X-men but there is potential. The special effects are are good but the action scenes are too few and far between to be called and Action movie. There are donw point to the movie as well. The adorable but tough character played by Dakota Fanning was the best actor in the movie. The "hero" of the story just kind of follows her (and when he doesn't, or acts like the hero, he either does something wrong and stupid or there are gaps in the story) and the leading lady just pouts a lot (though she's pretty). There's some cool action scenes, though, due to the evil peoples' powers. All the pretty people, plus ... Push got a lot of bad reviews but if you like sci-fi and shows like Heroes and X-men then you should at least find this movie entraining. Its not as good as X-men but there is potential. This movie was nothing like I expected. Let's just say, Hurrah, the super HERO's are back and this is just the beginning. We have Dakota Fanning, Chris Evans and Camilla Belle and these are just a perfect match to do all the things they do. Most of the action is right out of a comic book. But all very, very real. And so realistic. Watching this could take you right there. I'm don't do anime and this is not anything like that, but I would thing that even if this were done in anime it would still be great.
