When the Bose system arrived (placed on its side by the usps) I could not get it to work on two different CDs. I immediately contacted the seller who responded very promptly that it tested well before it was sent out but that I could initiate a return. I fiddled with it a little and finally got it to work. Subsequent CDs have played flawlessly. The seller suggested it might have gotten jostled in shipping. I was impressed by the seller's response and response time.

The headphones were well packed and were in excellent condition, even better than described. Shipping took a little longer than expected but it was USPS, which is not very reliable at our address, and it was around Christmas. Certainly not the seller’s fault. Seller’s communication was excellent.
