Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this seller. Weight and photos were exactly as advertised, although unfortunately 2 points were broken. This occurred either prior to wrapping or as a result of wrapping and packaging tightly.
Crystals like this are extremely fragile. The packaging was done extremely well and completely protected it during any possible shipping/handling accidents.

The item that arrived was not the one pictured in the listing. After a back and forth with the seller where they wanted me to cancel my refund request before they would give my money back (which would negate me being able to seek help from eBay or ask for a refund again), they agreed to the refund and told me to keep the item that was sent by mistake. This was an agreeable resolution.
